A priest in the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba called on Christians to accept their sins and ask God for forgiveness.
Fr Lazarus Otto in his homily to St Joseph’s Parish English congregation noted that personal interests encourage corruption in all institutions in South Sudan, Radio Bakhita reported.
He advised Christians to seek and proclaim values that unite all South Sudanese.
Fr Otto urged Christians to ignore all tribal affiliations, urging them to work for the betterment of everybody.
