Education Director calls for prompt school fees’ payment

Yei River County Acting Education Director urges parents to pay children school fees promptly to enable them concentrate in studies for better performance.
 
Reverend Philip Taban Issa attributes poor academic performance to class congestion, delayed or irregular school fees’ payment and failure to provide basic needs for learners, Radio Easter reported.
 
He discloses that increasing number of school children fleeing conflict from other parts of the country or searching better education services are the cause of congestion in classes.
 
The Education Director appeals for support from development partners, government and the community to improve the quality of education.
