Young Women Christian Association Executive Director condemned bad behaviours by girls in Yambio, Western Equatoria State.
Modi Enosa Mbaraza condemned girls’ involvement in prostitution rather than going to school to build their future, Radio Anisa reported.
She blamed girls who migrate to towns because of poverty or inability to meet their basic needs and end up in the streets.
Ms Mbaraza emphasized on reinforcement of girls’ education in the state, advising girls to focus on learning.
She called on women to look for vocational trainings to build their future as there are lots of opportunities for females.
