The Vice President of the Republic on Thursday told South Sudan Catholic Bishops’ meeting in Juba to collectively end the ongoing war before the war ends all South Sudanese.

James Wani Igga said it was very painful to realize that outsiders were mocking at South Sudanese as primitive people unable to govern themselves.

The Vice President appealed to church members not to blame all parties, but to blame correctly those responsible for making trouble.

Yei Catholic Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe told Vice President Wani Igga not to blame the whole church blatantly either.

The leaders made the statements during South Sudan Catholic Bishops’ meeting in Juba when Vice President Wani was briefing them on unfolding events in the country.
