Western Equatoria Government on Friday mourned State Local Government and Law Enforcement Director-General who died in the morning at his home at Hai Napere in Yambio while preparing to go to office after complaining of dizziness.
Pasquel Kazina worked in the Civil Service office for 35 years as the Director General of Local Government and Law enforcement in the State.
Medical doctors could not identify the exactly cause of his death due to some mixed reactions from the family members.
Arrangements for his burial are underway in his residential home at Hai Napere in Yambio.
