Western Bahr El Ghazal Women Training and Promotion or WOTAP Director on Thursday advised trainees to be peace makers in their communities.
Linda Ferdinand Hussein appealed to participants during the three-day training of community in the grass root on leadership, human right and gender-based violence to work for peace, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
The Director advised participants to put into practice the knowledge they gained for enlightening communities in the whole state.
One of the participants Ulinj Paticio, from Alur Payam of Jur River County, called for equal treatment between women and men as females are capable to take any responsibility at all levels.
The participants recommended for more trainings in Bomas and Payams in three Counties of Western Bahr El Ghazal state.
