Community Empowerment for Program Organization or CEPO in Western Bahr El Ghazal State planned to trained chiefs on legal procedures.
CEPO State Coordinator Stephen Robo Musa told Radio Voice of Hope that they want to make justice accessible to various state communities.
Mr Robo explained that the training of chiefs would help resolve small issues in communities and reduce congestion of cases in the high court.
CEPO State Coordinator complained difficulties of transport as Western Bahr El Ghazal counties are far apart.
