UNICEF Juba Zone office provided scholastic materials to primary schools to facilitate learning and teaching in Central, Eastern and Western Equatoria states.
Educational Specialist and coordinator for the three states, Mboli Francis Babado, told SCR News that Morobo and Kajo-Keji were among the counties which received the services already.
Mr. Mboli Francis said that service distribution was going on in Terekeka County.
He explained that the next round would be Yei, Lanya and Juba counties.
Mr. Mboli said late donation led to a delay in distributing school material to the counties.
Mr. Mboli explained that kits for students, teachers and recreation were the services channelled to the schools.
UNICEF plays a big role in providing material backups to children to easen learning in southern Sudan.
