Yei Mayor urged citizens to stay as one family and work for peace to boost development in 2015.
 
Santo Paul Lasuba in his Christmas message at Christ the King Cathedral, advised people to fear God and respect one another, Radio Easter reported.
 
Deputy Mayor Silvano Ali Sanguson called on parents to take good care of children, urging boda-boda riders to work smoothly.
 
He appealed to citizens to share the little at hand with their brothers and sisters, discouraging stealing and over drinking.
 
On the same occasion, Yei River County former Commissioner Juma David Augustine called on citizens to embrace peace, unity and reconciliation.
 
He believes that the birth of Jesus Christ would open a new chapter for political solution to the current crisis, wishing all South Sudanese happy a Christmas season.
