Police authorities in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State reminded citizens to provide any criminal information to security organs for immediate rescue.
Police Chief Inspector Jeremiah Maker told Radio Easter that efforts are in place to provide maximum security before and during the Christmas and the New Year celebrations.
He said adequate security forces are deployed along highways, checkpoints and urban centres to monitor and trace criminals.
The Police Inspector added that residents requested them to provide mobile numbers for effective information coordination in Yei River County.
