People with Disabilities’ Union chairperson in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State called for inclusion in all occasions, forums and other gatherings in the society.

Kock Waiwai said people with disabilities contributed to the population of the country, qualifying them to be part of the society that deserves equal promotion, Radio Easter reported.

He said disability completely has no impacts on ability, urging the community to leave out the mentality of overlooking disabled people.

Mr Waiwai complained that persons living with disability usually found themselves out of place and feel neglected during job advertisements which require physical fitness, discrimination against and violating their rights.
