Yei River County Antiretroviral Treatment Centre Clinical Officer on Monday cited lack of transport facility to offer services to people living with HIV in Tore Payam, Lainya and Morobo Counties.
Chaplain Yuga Emmanuel said people living with the virus in Morobo struggle to reach the Centre and that those unable could not access necessary assistance because no agency conveys services to them, Radio Easter reported.
He said the Centre enrolled over three thousand people living with HIV since its inception in 2008.
Mr Yuga said the Centre is also offering assistance to some Congolese refugees living with the virus.
