Lack of fuel is affecting transport system and business operations in Yei Town of Central Equatoria State.
Since last week many stations closed down with only Twins filling left functional in the whole town forcing drivers and motorbike riders to crowd the shell with long queues waiting for fuel.
A taxi driver at Twins Petrol Station, Jackson Emma told Radio Easter that fuel shortage would compelled them to suspend operations.
Twins Sales Manager Joy Ayiba confirmed that the whole station was left with only 45 thousand litres.
Many fuel business companies in the town attributed the shortage to lack of hard currency in the country affecting trade across international borders.
