International Republican Institute or IRI is expected on Friday in Juba to present findings and democracy dialogue on a survey of South Sudanese refugees and IDPs affected by the ongoing conflict.
The IRI survey which interviewed 2505 South Sudanese at home, Kenya and Uganda, looks at opinions of refugees and IDPs on the conflict, peace and the future of South Sudan
In the note CRN got on Tuesday, IRI said the survey, addresses humanitarian and governance issues facing displaced persons and help stakeholders working with IDPs and those participating in the peace negotiations to know opinions and desires of the affected population.
The results would be followed by discussion from panellists including SPLMS Acting Secretary General Ann Itto, PLM-DC Assistant Secretary General Mario Awet, University of Juba Centre for Peace Director Luka Biong and Sudd Institute Director Zachariah Diing Akol.
