Prestige International started distributing milk powder to vaccinated babies at the Juba Teaching and Al Sabah Children Hospitals to encourage polio immunization.

Sales Manager Loyd D’Souza said the milk distribution was to encourage parents bring their children from the zero to five years for vaccination, Radio Bakhita reported.

Juba Teaching Hospital Nurse Anita Bala Harriet appreciated the company’s contribution to children’s health, encouraging mothers to bring their kids for vaccination and get the milk.

She said they registered 50 children due to the free milk distribution.

One of the mothers who got the milk, Suzy John expressed happiness to the organization that she used to buy it from clinic.
