The Kenyan community in Lakes State on Sunday elected new executive committee members.
The community chose Abraham Adan, chairman, Bernard Mutunda, general secretary and Nicolas Omondi as treasurer among other members, Good News Radio reported.
The newly elected chairman on Monday called on Kenyans and other foreign nationals to unite, support each other and cooperate with the state government to operate smoothly.
He expressed commitment to resolve the many challenges facing Kenyans in Lakes state.
Mr Adan advised Kenyans to contact the new office for any support.
