National Labour, Public Service Undersecretary called on non governmental organizations to develop the capacity of South Sudanese, employ them and desist from bringing in many foreign workers.
Speaking during the graduation ceremony in Yei Vocational Skills Training School, Hellen Achiro Lutara urged citizens to join career trainings to stop the dependency syndrome, Radio Easter reported.
She wondered if development partners continue to bring their staff from outside, how citizens would get work and experiences.
The undersecretary revealed training opportunities to private and public instructors, adding that the national government and development partners should work together to address challenges in the labour sector.
