Youth Technology and Development Organization Chairman revealed a plan to launch the first South Sudan Information Communication Technology conference for development in December in Juba.
Thomas Muto Samuel told Bakhita Radio that they started developing the project with the Central Equatoria State Ministry of Information and Broadcasting since January.
He said the organization initiated development and youths programmes based on the situation on the ground.
Youth Technology Development Organization is a national body founded in 2012.
