About 10 sports’ referees in Yei River County and Municipality on Saturday sat for one-day examination to assess skills for national performance in the profession.
Juba based referee Manasseh Roso Tutu said it was the first time for referees to sit for exams to assess performance, Radio Easter reported.
He added that the examinations would build capacities to comply with game rules in the field.
The referee observes sports’ progress in the country, urging citizens to support upcoming talented players to get to the international arena.
