Christian Director tells teachers to eliminate trauma

Sudan for Christ Ministry Director in Yei River County on Friday told nursery, primary, secondary schools’ teachers, matrons and patrons to eliminate trauma and stress within themselves and in schools and communities.
 
Pastor Stanley Lo Nathan told Radio Easter after the three days training on ‘post-traumatic stress disorder’ that teachers were equipped with skills to deal with trauma.
 
He appealed to teachers to put knowledge into actions to deactivate trauma in the country.
 
Christ the King Nursery School Head teacher Poni Regina said that the training on trauma reactivated their counselling skills, expressing readiness to train communities to eliminate trauma.
 
Genesis Nursery and Child Protection School Head teacher Omono Fred Ronald said the training relieved him from trauma he was suffering from recently.
