National Education Ministry Undersecretary said they were saddened by misinformation published by Juba Telegraph and Al Mougif newspapers that the ministry failed to pay teachers’ exams allowances.
Michael Lopuke Lotyam said the newspapers went ahead to accuse the Ministry when the process of paying the teachers was done in front of their eyes.
He said it was not an intentional omission to delay the money, but was due to the payment process.
The Undersecretary said all the process is completed and that they would soon sort out teachers’ payment.
