Kajo-Keji County Commissioner urges media houses in and outside Kajo-Keji to avoid discussing programs inciting or mobilizing masses to fight.

County Press Secretary Amule Charles told CRN that Commissioner Henry Kala Sabuni appeals for allowance of peaceful co-existence.

He said the security at South Sudan-Uganda border is back to normal despite fears among conflicting communities.

Mr Amule said masses would gain confidence with time as security forces operate to normalize the situation.

He disclosed that Ugandan citizens especially Ma’di people are now residing and working normally in Kajo-Keji.

Ma’di hotel worker in Kajo-Keji Dri’baleyo Agnes confirmed that the situation is back to normal and some of them are already selling and buying commodities in Wudu town market with minimum individual threats.

She hailed Kajo-Keji County authorities and other citizens for condemning threats and attacks innocent Ma’di.

Dri’baleyo urges Ma’di and Kuku communities to stop fighting to strengthen and sustain long time prevailing intermarriages among them.
