The newly ordained Catholic priests in Tombura-Yambio Diocese on Sunday were commissioned to different countries for missionary activities.
Augustine Missionaries Second Vicariate Chancellor Dominic Abukuku Gbefe explained that Fr Franco Hilary Bandima would go to Kinshasa, DR Congo as Secretary of Vicariate, Vice Rector and will serve in the Missionaries University and Fr Elia Taban Wande was sent to Rome for further studies, Anisa Radio reported.
Frs Wasi Benjamin and Franco Hilary Bandima while concelebrating their first mass at St Mary’s Yambio parish said conversion and humility are the only ways for eternal life.
Fr Bandima advised the faithful to distant themselves from deeds that would destroy their friendship with God, telling Christians to accept their mistakes and humble themselves before others and God.
