Authorities of Wau Municipality in Western Bahr El Ghazal on Friday met to launch to sensitization campaigns to enlighten citizens on dangers associated with the rebellion affecting the state.
Wau Municipal Council caucus meeting resolved to target citizens with messages on dangers of rebellion, Voice of Hope reported.
Wau Mayor Arkangelo Anyar Anyar said they want to minimize insecurity by educating the mass on the importance of peace.
He said by enlightening people of uprising dangers help them spot out elements trying to propagate insecurity.
The Mayor explained that campaign was also meant to arrest fear of recruitment of opposition agents.
