Some three hundred stranded drivers along Yei-Maridi road criticized the security personnel for harassing and beating them.
Anonymous drivers told Easter Radio on Wednesday that some soldiers beat them with firewood.
The stranded drivers so far spent about three weeks along Yei-Maridi road with bad conditions without food and water.
They urged the national government to repair the road so that they trade normally.
Easter Radio journalists witnessed the arrival of an excavator at the scene on Wednesday to rescue their situation and repair the road.
