Yei Municipal Council Scouts launched the ‘Keep Yei Clean’ campaign starting on Wednesday with four-day training.
Scouts’ Commissioner Nathanial Yacoub Tira said the training aims at removing the garbage that liter the town in order to keep it clean, Easter Radio reported.
Yei Mayor Santo Paul Lasuba in his opening remarks urged the scouts to prioritize Yei Civil Hospital in their cleaning.
He asked the scouts to cooperate and respect one another.
This sixth training for the scouts on town sanitation, in the municipality, is expected to end on Saturday.
