A Charity organisation, CCM Assistance officer in Tonj South County of Warrap State on Monday said they registered three new malnourished children and twenty-five are taking treatment outside the centre.
Peter Garang said the children weights are improving while taking treatment, Don Bosco Radio reported.
The officer said they are giving old patients take-home dry food ratios for one week.
Mr Garang urged the entire community of greater Tonj to bring their children to hospital for treatment rather than leaving them at home.
The officer advised people to come to the hospital when they feel pain in their bodies to be medically checked up.
