Member of the National Parliament representing the disabled said ‘the devil is using bad roads to destroy people of South Sudan’.

Scopas Taban Lokabang told CRN on Monday that water waves overturned their car while crossing a stream to Dolo Payam of Juba County and it to hit a tree forcing them to climb up and wait for at least three and half hours before getting down.

He lamented that in the morning, they saw the car about hundred meters way upside down.

MP Lokabang appealed to the national government to take road network connectivity a priority for service delivery.

He lamented that they experienced many friends losing lives at streams along Juba-Yambio and Juba-Kajo-Keji roads.

MP Lokabang said good roads help the country access agricultural products to minimize importing food from the neighbouring countries.
