Fuel shortage hit Yambio town as one SOM Oil Petrol Station out of six monopolises, leaving hundreds of vehicles off road.
Boda-boda rider Jackson John from Nzara County expressed disappointment over the fuel shortage, lamenting that it is hindering private and public activities in the state, Anisa Radio reported.
He added that the shortage might cause price rise in market if the situation continues for a week.
Akorogbodi area resident Joseph Jeresam blamed state and national governments for not taking infrastructure as a development priority in the country.
He urges government to fix impassable roads for running businesses, saying bad road condition is the cause of fuel shortage.
Anisa Radio could not reach State Physical Infrastructure and Trade and Investment ministries for comments.
