Yei County Legislative Council refers budget back to executive

Yei River County Legislative Council on its third day of deliberation referred the 2014/2015 fiscal year budget to the Executive Council for amendments before approval.
 
Legislative Speaker Cosmas Lasuba Kasiano said the proposed budget was referred because it lacks prioritisation, has wrong quantification, huge expenditure and lack of capital operation.
 
He added that the budget deliberation was suspended and that it is expected to resume after two weeks.
