Presiding over the Eucharistic celebration of pupils who gathered to pray for peace on Friday in Wau, Western Bahr El Ghazal, Fr Louise Asonjo encouraged South Sudanese to follow children’s unity in schools, Voice of Hope reported.
He advised people to instil in children the spirit of unity and reconciliation.
Wau Diocesan School Administrator Kasiano Rudolf said they initiated the day for pupils to reflect on God’s mercy and forgiveness while leaders negotiate in Addis Ababa Ethiopia for lasting peace in South Sudan.
