Bakhita Radio of the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba remains closed and News Editor in security detention since Saturday.
Ocen David Nicholas is in detention for balancing a news story about the fresh fighting in Bentiu, Unity State.
Bakhita Radio Director Albino Tokwaro on Monday morning said they are discussing with authorities of the Archdiocese for a way forward.
He said on Saturday he wrote an apology letter to the security office in Juba for broadcasting opposition’s views for the editor to be released, but in vain.
