KCB launches electronic queue management system

Kenya Commercial Bank or KCB on Thursday in Juba launched electronic queue management system to ease service delivery to its clients.
 
KCB Managing Director Haroun K Kibongo told journalists that the queue management system was to assist customers get quick services from the bank.
 
Mr Kibongo explained that customers would only pick a token from the machine, sits down and waits for the service from the teller.
 
He said the machine would also help monitoring of tellers to avoid short cut from unpatient individuals who go direct to the teller in all 17 branches around the country.
 
The machine started operating on Thursday in Juba with clients expressing happiness as the new system saves time.
