The Director of Mary Immaculate Hospital in Mapuordit, Yirol West County of Lakes State said four people died of HIV AIDS last month.
Brother Rosario Iannepi blamed patients for missing medical appointments and taking drugs regularly, God News Radio reported.
He said they got difficulties in burying the deceased who were abandoned by their families.
The Director said HIV AIDS patients face stigma in the community making them escape from diagnoses and treatment.
Brother Rosario lamented that HIV AIDS became rampant in Lakes State due to ignorance and lack of community sensitization.
