UJOSS trains 15 journalists on self regulation in Yei

Union of Journalists of South Sudan or UJOSS trained fifteen radio and print journalists on self regulatory mechanism in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State.
 
UJOSS chairman Oliver Modi said the three-day training aimed at equipping journalists with skills and ethics how they operate in the field, Easter Radio reported.
 
He said UJOSS expects journalists to work in a conducive environment in the country.
 
One of the participants, Judith Isaac affirmed that the training imparted in them new journalism skills that would enable correct previous errors.
 
The training that UJOSS organized with funds from the Open Society for East Africa drew participants from Morobo, Yei and Lainya Counties.
