The Red Army Foundation while marking its second anniversary on Tuesday blamed government officials for reckless driving characterized by over speeding resulting into many accidents.
Army member Peter Atem called on the government to deliver services to its citizens, complaining that quality education should be the first priority in the country.

He urged citizens to join hands with the police to crack down criminals killing innocent people in the country, arguing that it should be everybody’s role to fight against wrong doers in South Sudan.
