A number of citizens in Rumbek, Lakes State who attended the two-day workshop organized by South Sudan Law Society on property rights, realization and protection decried the ongoing land problems.
State Youth Union Deputy Chairman who was one of the participants Chillo Majok Kuch said he failed to secure a land for operation since assuming office, Good News Radio reported.
Another participant, Agum Joseph said during Akuce area survey, her family faced numerous problems with land officials and land grabbers.
Lakes State Legislative Assembly Land and Environment Committee Chairperson described the workshop as very good because it imparted into participants including her skills of handling land issues.
The participants were speaking on Wednesday during the closing session of the two-day workshop on property rights, realization and protection by law.
