Management of Emmanuel Radio acknowledged the service of long serving and committed staff members by awarding certificates and presenting gifts.
The outgoing Director Fr Santino Lounoi, while handing over the awards named Ms Regina Ingoro as the most committed staff and that Onek Richard and Losike Evelyne, are among good presenters of the radio, Emmanuel Radio reported.
He announced that Vincent Buruga, Lillian Ochoo, Okello James and Night Immaculate are among staff members who started serving right from the start of the radio.
Torit Apostolic Administrator Monsignor Thomas Oliha described the five years of Emmanuel Radio as useful to the Diocese.
The Monsignor attributed the radio to the generosity of the Comboni Missionaries, thanking the congregation for the gift that helps in evangelisation.
The ceremony that coincided with fifth year broadcast anniversary celebration and farewell party of Fr Santino Lounoi was conducted on Saturday.
