Yei Catholic Bishop on Sunday while opening Holy Trinity Parish in Morobo urged Morobo communities to accept demarcation of the county to realize development.

Bishop Erkulano Lodu Tombe warned that Morobo would not develop if the land and the areas were not demarcated to attract investors, Easter Radio reported.

He said Kaya was growing more than Morobo County headquarters, asking whether citizens want forced demarcation.

Bishop Lodu told the congregation that the new parish’s main centre is Toligamago because it is a historical place since 1974 and has enough land for development.

He advised citizens to work together and listen to their leaders because the authority and direction they give are from God.

Morobo County Commissioner Moses Simon Soro revealed on the same day that over 60 individuals petitioned him not to demarcate the area.
