Juba Archdiocese declares new Holy Trinity Parish

The Catholic Archdiocese of Juba declared Holy Trinity Chapel as a new Parish, naming Father Masseo Patrick as its priest.
 
Auxiliary Bishop Santo Loku Pio inaugurated the parish, saying the new parish is born from St Theresa, covering parts of Nyakuron West up to Kagwada along Yei road.
 
He entrusted Christians in the area to the protection of Holy Trinity Parish and that its annual feast shall be celebrated on the solemnity of Holy Trinity on the liturgical calendar of the Church.
 
Fr Masseo Patrick said the task now rests on him in taking the responsibility of the Parish seriously amidst challenges.
 
He expresses happiness in taking the new assignment entrusted to him.
 
Fr Patrick commended the community’s hospitality and cooperation in the spirit of love.
 
The inauguration marked the occasion of Holy Trinity Sunday attended by multitude of congregation members.
