Family blessings pave ways to young generations employment opportunities.
This was the opinion of a Zande traditional and cultural elder John Nambazia on Anisa Radio Zande Cultures talk show on Saturday.
He added that someone who does not respect and obey his or her family members or elders may face it difficult to get jobs.
Mr Nambazia explained that some youths face difficulties to get employed after completing studies because they minimize their parents and elders.
He mentioned that misbehaving and disobedience to elderly people constitute a curse to young people.
Mr Nambazia said for a youth to get family blessings he or she should be royal, hard working, committed and polite in doing family services.
