Wau Catholic Diocesan Priest said the message of salvation have not entered the hearts of south Sudanese and that church leaders were proved killing, threatening and hating fellow citizens in the country.
Fr John Dengi disclosed that Christians are said to be pagans and do not understand the meaning of love and forgiveness brought by Jesus Christ.
He said the devil is happy and watching at the nation’s situation because its plans are implemented.
Fr Dengi added that South Sudanese who are still in Sudan were not proud of the independence because of hatred among people contributing to more devastation.
He called on citizens to refrain from bad practices and allow development to prosper according to God’s will.
