Catholic Bishop tells IDPs ‘People are one, tribal segregation is manipulation’

Wau Catholic Diocese Bishop on Thursday Visited Internally Displaced Persons, IDPs camping at Wau UNMISS base, telling them that God made people as one with the same blood and flesh and that tribal segregation is a manipulation of politicians.
 
Bishop Rudolf Deng Majak said political tribal segregation of Nuer, Shilluk and Dinka used by most politicians is a lie.
 
He explained that the church prays to God for protection in time of difficulties experienced by citizens.
 
Bishop Rudolf called on IDPs to ask God to renew their faith to usher lasting peace in the country.
 
He called on politicians not to cause fear and anxiety, but promote peace and unity among the people.
