Yei Catholic Diocesan Priest said the peace deal reached between the President of the Republic and SPLM/A in opposition leader in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia did not show a sign of reconciliation as leaders exchanged documents without shaking hands.
Fr Alex Lo’diong Sakor said the peace agreement recommended an end to war, but there was no sign to show the nation that it was time for reconciliation, Easter Radio reported.
He called on Christians to continue praying for peace in the country so that displaced people return to their homes.
Fr Lo’diong urged leaders to be good shepherd like Jesus Christ in His Ministry who showed good example to his people.
