Sudan Aid, a Catholic charity, is to move its offices from Khartoum to Juba in a bid to serve better a wider community.

Nyiker Okoth Awin is the National Executive Director of Sudan Aid. He told SCR News that his office is to move to Juba to address bigger needs in the south that has seven dioceses while the north has only two.

Mr. Okoth explained that a sub-office will remain in the capital to cater for the needs of Khartoum and el-Obeid dioceses.

Mr. Okoth said Sudan Aid has more to do in the south than in the north.

Sudan Aid had already moved some of its luggage to what used to be the PaLiCa offices in Juba.
