United States of America, USA Deputy Assistant Secretary for Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration appealed to government of South Sudan and SPLM/A in opposition to allow the operation of humanitarian agencies to deliver assistance to people in need.

Catherine Wiesner said the United States works to provide humanitarian assistance to save lives, but access to conflict victims remains a mountain challenge for the operation.

A U.S. Embassy official Larry Andre said US has a long time commitment to build South Sudan institutions, organize economic prepotencies to donors to capture their interests for business.

He said US administration would be helpful to the country when resources are needed.

The officials made the statements in telephonic press conference on Thursday in Juba.
