SPLM-North promised to establish a corruption free government in areas they liberated from Khartoum oppressive government.
Nuba Mountains Governor Simon Kalu Kume said the movement was ready to set up administrative rules, Voice of Peace reported.
He added that SPLM-North managed to control many areas including 14 counties in the Nuba Mountains amid serious battle with the NCP led government in Sudan.
Mr Kalu said he made several reforms in the civil service administration and that he would fight corruption, a vice which deters development as he described.
The governor promised to fight tribalism in the western regions of Nuba Mountains.
He decried lack of teachers and doctors facing his administration, promising more training opportunities in future.
