SPLM/A Youth League in opposition in South Sudan and Diaspora warned Uganda, Egypt and Sudan rebel groups JEM and SPLM-North against alliance to support government against its own citizens.

In a statement issued on Wednesday the opposition league called for immediate stop from partaking mischievous, irresponsible and inacceptable act.

The group accused Egypt of scheming to dig Jonglei canal with an intention to flow more waters to its territory and deny the Sudd region of its lives diversity.

It warned that should they fail to heed to the appeal, South Sudanese would deal with them squarely in the same measure to President Salva Kiir’s government.

The opposition league urged Uganda, Egypt and Sudan rebel groups to undertake a neutral and impartial position in the crisis.

It warned that anything other than impartiality would be deemed as hypocrisy and endangers lives of their respective communities living in South Sudan.
