Yei River County Education authorities disclosed plans to reopen Kinji Primary School next week after a week of closure for fighting Emmanuel Model Primary School over athletic trophy.
The Acting County Education Director Philip Taban said education authorities, parents and the school administration met on Wednesday and agreed to reopen to enable pupils continue with lessons, Easter Radio reported.
He said the meeting agreed that the school head master has to write an explanation letter to the Education Department and the school sports master.
The administration and parents in the meeting resolved to dismiss the head girl from the school.
Mr Taban advised pupils not to violate school rules and regulations during the season of sports.
