Yei Water, Sanitation and Public Utility Company disclosed plans to expand underground water connection to urban commercial and residential areas.
The Company’s Executive Director Samuel Taban Kilombe told Easter Radio that the connection aimed to deliver clean water to citizens reduce water born diseases especially during the rainy season.
He called on the state government to speed up the process of road demarcation to fasten water connection and other services delivery.
The director revealed that pilot assessment was underway and the project would be implemented once the guidelines were ready.
